On 21st September at 12.45 at the Solution Zone, delegates will have the opportunity to attend a free presentation to hear Asta Development Managing Director, Paul Bamforth, discussing "Combating reporting challenges results in better and quicker decision-making" - a key topic considering today's current economic climate.
At the Planning Planet Zone on 22nd September at 11.30 visitors can meet Chris Rymer, Head of Professional Services at Asta Development along with David Tyerman, Managing Director, Athena Project Services, at a joint presentation focused on risk management. Entitled "Simulating risk can be the key to optimising project success," they will be discussing how poor risk analysis can destroy a project and ways to achieve project success.
