INTERIOR design guru Linda Barker will be passing on some tips of the trade as a VIP guest at Linden Homes' show home launch in Beverley.
TV's 60 Minute Makeover presenter Linda has been invited to officially open the St Nicholsgate development at Flemingate on Saturday 17 September, where 130 new homes will be built.
Linda, who attended the company's Howden development opening earlier this year, will be chatting to visitors about how to make the best of their home when it comes to interior design.
Alongside Linda, there will be an appearance by town crier Michael Wood, and KCFM will be broadcasting live from the development from around 10.30am.
The long-awaited opening of the three-bedroom Bentley show home marks the official launch of the development - which has already attracted huge Interest from potential buyers during recent months.
Linden Homes' connections and marketing manager Gizzy Murray said: "We are really delighted that Linda has agreed to be our special guest once again. Visitors can not only look forward to seeing our fabulous new show home, but they can get some professional tips from the expert!"
Current prices range from £150,000 for a two-bedroom home with two parking spaces, to £205,000 for a three-bedroom end terraced house also with two parking spaces.
The homes will be built to the latest energy efficient standards, with the first due for completion in September/ October 2011.
