BUYERS looking for a brand new family home in Huntingdon this January can save around £45,000 with Linden Homes.
Snapping up a newly built four-bedroom home in the sought-after residential location of Hinchingbrooke Park's is currently cheaper than moving to a second hand property within just two miles of the new Hollyhocks development, research reveals.
According to the latest figures from an national independent property price index, the average price of a four-bedroom home (either new or second hand) is just under *£280,000 - compared with the Linden Homes starting price of £234,950 for a four-bedroom mid terrace home with car port.
And while the first of the new homes won't be ready to move into until April 2012, some buyers have already taken the bold move to reserve from plan and benefit from the numerous advantages of moving in to a brand new property.

Within weeks of Linden Homes releasing its stunning collection of new homes at Hollyhocks, nearly half have already been sold.
