BUYERS looking for a brand new family home in Lincoln can save around £40,000 with Linden Homes.
Snapping up a newly built four-bedroom home at Carholme Road is cheaper than moving to a second hand property within just a mile of the popular Oasis development, research in the city reveals.
According to the latest figures from an national independent property price index, the average price of a four-bedroom home (either new or second hand) is just under *£240,00 - compared with the Linden Homes price tag of £199,995 for a four-bedroom mid terrace home with garage.
