ISG is to build a prestigious development of nine executive houses for Octave Homes in Beckenham, London in a £2.7 million scheme that commences on site in March, with off-plan sales expected very early on.

The nine four-bedroom luxury properties will be arranged in a crescent configuration, with four pairs of semi-detached homes at each side and a detached house in the centre. Located in a sought after and exclusive residential area, the development will be built on the site of a former cricket ground known as Cyphers, and the project includes rebuilding the site's tennis courts and returning the grounds to their former glory.
All nine of the high quality properties will be of timber frame construction with brick cladding to their façades in keeping with the local built environment. The new homes will also feature large balconies, which have been designed to mirror the original pavilion building. The development will achieve a Code for Sustainable Homes level four rating and the scheme also includes a new access road and extensive landscaping both to enhance the grounds and protect local woodland.
