LINDEN Homes is continuing to expand across the region - with the announcement of 38 new homes planned for South Milford.
The North Yorkshire village is the latest location to benefit from an exceptional selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes from Linden Homes' impressive portfolio.
The development, to be called Southfield Park, is expected to receive its official launch in November.
However, home hunters who want to avoid the rush can buy their brand new home from plan - and benefit from the many advantages offered from reserving a dream home fresh from the drawing board.
