BUYING a new home is arguably the biggest investment many of us will make. So when we part with our hard earned cash, we want the buying experience to go without a hitch.
And satisfied new homes customers in Grimsby are so happy with their Linden Homes journey that they would be happy to recommend the developer to a friend.
New residents at the Renaissance development in New Waltham, Ferriby Rise at Scartho Top and Freshney Green in Grimsby are among those giving top ranking to their home, the development and Linden Homes.
Among those is first time buyer Radu Juverdeanu, who bought a two-bedroom bungalow at Renaissance in New Waltham, under Linden Homes' shared equity scheme.
Radu moved from rented accommodation in nearby Cleethorpes, and says the house and the development tick all the right boxes. "The best thing was that Linden Homes moved really fast. I was in the house in less than two months after starting the buying process. I didn't expect it to be so easy! The whole thing went very smoothly."
Elsewhere in Grimsby, part exchange customer Julia Hayne is enjoying her new four-bedroom detached home at Scartho Top - in a moving process that took just two weeks from start to finish!
She said: "I didn't really know too much about Linden Homes but the development was recommended to me as an exclusive area by a colleague at my new place of work, which is close by.
"I really like the layout of the house and the development, and the fact that the homes are very different in design - it is nice not to have the same style houses next to one another."
