AWARD-WINNING Stamford Homes is bringing its range of contemporary new homes to a prime location in Huntingdonshire.
The Peterborough-based new homes builder has been granted planning permission for the new 150-home development in St Ives, as a part of a major expansion of the group's operations in the region.
Stamford Homes has unveiled a stunning portfolio of two, three, four and five-bedroom modern homes and apartments to be built on the YES! development, set in a delightful semi-rural location off London Road.
And although the first of the homes aren't due for completion until Spring 2011 - reservations are being taken now, allowing customers to cherry pick and reserve their preferred home from off plan.
A sales and marketing suite is anticipated to open at the development in September.
Stamford Homes marketing manager Juliana Russell said: "This is a really exciting venture for us, particularly in terms of the location.
"We had tremendous success with a previous development at Colne, and look forward to showcasing our new designs in St Ives.
"There is already a real buzz about this development, which has already attracted bountiful forward interest."
