About the project:
Deconstruct UK Ltd, a a service-driven company, were called in to assist with the structural demolition and facade retention of a residential premises.
This project consisted of two structures which formed part of a long terrace of high end residential premises. The façades had to be retained and the entire structures behind had to be removed.
This six storey development also had a basement and throughout its life had been subject to a number of previous conversions.
