Retained façade to Charles St and Hays Mews, Mayfair. Demolition of rear, whilst creating a 9m deep x 50m long basement.
About the project:
Deconstruct UK Ltd, a service-driven asbestos removal contractor, assisted with joining of two exsisting structures. This project saw the joining of two structures which formerly backed on to each other as independent buildings.
Having retained the facades, Deconstruct demolished all existing floors and walls and re-introduced new structural floors. Concurrent with this, Deconstruct created two new basement floors, (9m x 50m long).
