Redhills (part of Silverdell PLC), has appointed Dr Lee Carter in the capacity of Regional Director for the Northern Region.

Leading asbestos and environmental consultancy, Redhills are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Lee Carter, in the position of Regional Director covering their Northern Operations which consists of their offices in Hull, Oldham, Newcastle and Glasgow. Lee brings with him a wealth of experience within the field of environmental support services and of business management.
Matt Griggs, Managing Director said: "Lee has been appointed to take forward the growth and development of our Northern Region in line with our strategic aspirations as a business and our growth targets in line with our PLC expectations. This is a positive and strong move for the wider business that demonstrates our commitment to supporting the Northern Region with robust asbestos consultancy and environmental support services."
In the environmental consultancy sector Lee has successfully managed and developed small discrete teams to being the lead in integrating acquired businesses into a larger company. Lee has previously identified a diversification strategy which included regional Legionella start-ups, asbestos regional development, setting up an Occupational Hygiene operation, and developing new service lines for the laboratory business. It is this experience and expertise which will see Lee play a major part in the on-going growth and development of Redhills.
