Magnomatics, the Yorkshire based high technology company specialising in the development of innovative electro mechanical solutions, is pleased to announce it has been working on contracts worth in excess of $25M. These include two key EU Framework 7 projects with some of the most prestigious companies in the world including, Siemens AG, Volkswagen and Fiat.
The first, Integrated Enabling Technologies for Efficient Electrical Personal Mobility (PMOB) will result in a radical new vehicle concept for urban driving, whilst the second CASTOR, Car multi propulSion integraTed pOwer tRain, will develop technology for electric vehicles. Both projects, which will employ Magnomatics' innovative proprietary technology, are focused on developing eco-friendly, energy efficient vehicles of the future.
To meet the growing demand for its technology and solutions Magnomatics, has had to double it's staff over the last twelve months, from 7 to 14.
