With DYMAX UV-curable conformal coatings, there is no need to rack or dry after applying the coating. The coating is applied, UV-cured, and is immediately ready for shipment. Manufacturers can streamline process and operation costs with DYMAX UV conformal coatings by reducing labor costs, process time, process footprint, inventory costs, and energy costs.
DYMAX conformal coatings are used to increase PCB resistance to humid environments and mitigate tin whisker growth.
