Structural alteration to re-configure stair and lift core in Chancery Lane, London.
About the project:
Deconstruct UK Ltd, assist with a structural alteration in Chancery Lane, London. Deconstruct were contracted by Galliford Try to remove the existing roof structure and stair and lift core over six floors.
This involved the design and installation of significant temporary works which required fluid input from our designers as structures were opened up. Chancery Lane is at the heart of the Law fraternity and the environmental impact of the works had to be assessed throughout the project duration.
