Armoury Group, one of the UK's leading demolition and enabling works experts has further expanded its specialist operations after launching a new Sheffield office.
The move follows a period of unprecedented growth which most recently saw the company awarded a £400k contract to demolish an ageing campus of Sheffield Hallam University as part of the institution's ongoing redevelopment scheme.
The new office, which will be headed up by Armoury's Business Development Director, Jim McEwan, is conveniently located just off Junction 35A of the M1 at Thornecliffe Business Park, Chapeltown.
Speaking on the company's decision to expand into Sheffield, Jim commented:
"Our investment in this new office demonstrates our long-term commitment to the city and the wider region as we continue to buck the economic trend and grow our market share. Sheffield provides an ideal location due to its excellent transport links, and combined with our Midlands HQ, we will now be able to cover an even wider geographical area from Scotland right down to the M25. It really will be a great asset to us as we continue our growth."
Armoury Group has been at the forefront of modern demolition techniques for the last 20 years, and has a strong heritage in providing a range of specialist services for a number of high-profile clients including Carillion, CEMEX and JCB.
