Poing, Germany, 26 July 2010 - Avnet Embedded, an Avnet, Inc. (NYSE:AVT) company, today announced that its franchise agreement with Sharp Microelectronics Europe for display products has been extended to cover the UK.
Commenting, Martin Brooks, vice president, Avnet Embedded, said, "Our new agreement with Sharp gives our customers access to their huge range of high quality TFT panels covering the wide spectrum of applications that exist in the UK.
