The future looks extremely bright for Stroma Solar with two exciting launches within days of each other. Stroma's new solar PV4FREE scheme offers completely free solar PV installations to residential property owners, offering them the opportunity to make typical annual savings of £400* rising in line with their energy bills for the next 25 years.
Launched initially in the South West of England, the scheme has now been extended to the M62 corridor and below, enabling more and more people to take advantage of generous savings on their energy bills. Costing property owners absolutely nothing throughout the whole process, Stroma Solar survey, install and maintain the system for 25 years completely FREE of charge.
Our second launch is the innovative Stroma Solar Monitor App which is now available to download FREE of charge from the Android Market. Currently the only App available that connects directly to a solar inverter**, the heart of any solar PV installation, to graphically display the following on your Android powered device:
Live Power (W/h)
Energy Per Day (kWh)
Total Energy Generated (kWh)
As experts in the National Calculation Methodology (SAP) for determining building energy performance, the software compares predicted performance (calculated by SAP) vs. the actual performance, as demonstrated on the image. Full functionality is accessed via a password supplied by Stroma Solar.

To qualify for the PV4FREE scheme properties must satisfy the stipulated qualifying criteria listed on the Stroma Solar website.
**Currently only compatible with SMA inverter models 2000HF and 2500 Series, but customer feedback suggests our software is compatible with other solar inverters within the SMA range.
