Continued design win and sales achievement as market returns to growth
29 July 2010 - Maidenhead, UK. Hitachi Europe Ltd, Display Products Group (DPG) has announced that MSC GmbH has been named as its European distributor of the year. The award was made during Hitachi DPG's recent 2010 European sales channel conference held in Baveno on Lake Maggiore, Italy.
Mark Stanley, Sales and Marketing Manager, Hitachi DPG commented, "MSC GmbH have shown consistently good performance in developing new design opportunities and converting designs wins. While difficult market conditions have prevailed MSC have shown a strong recovery in sales and maintained their commitment to pursuing new design opportunities."
Frank Dettweiler, Product Marketing Manager, MSC GmbH said, "We are continuing to focus on and maintain investment in our design in activities with Hitachi. As a result we are extremely pleased to receive this award as recognition of our continued efforts to promote and find design in opportunities for Hitachi's range of LCD display modules."
Hitachi also presented awards for Design Win Performance to Arrow Italy for their continued focus on design in activity and excellent customer support while the award for Design Identification Performance was made to German distributor Glyn for finding and developing a significant number of new design opportunities.
