The own know-how is a company's most precious capital and a well protected good. And yet, it is the only thing that increases when shared. Transparency is the magic word and this does not mean knowledge leftovers swept out of production halls. The German transfluid Maschinenbau GmbH specifically relies on openness. Being aware that own knowledge assures competition advantages, transfluid conceives it as a component of the own portfolio that everybody benefits from within the open transfer of knowledge.

The needs are there. "Production processes change faster and faster and have to be adapted to necessities. In reply to this we offer special workshops. Our aim is to specifically illustrate possibilities that have a practical attitude in order to optimize these processes for optimal tube bending, tube cutting and tube forming", explains Gerd Nöker, transfluid CEO and leading workshop manager.
To let others share experience is the basic idea of the knowledge platforms. The in-house training deals explicitly with pipe bending, pipe cleaning and pipe cutting as well as end-forming of tubes. Additionally, side activities like cell production, pressing and leak testing are addressed.
Focused are the two core topics "Construction of tubing systems and their realization in the production process" and "Optimization of production and increase of quality" for the improvement of pass-through and material flow - with potentials and limitations of tube processing and fault removal.

Participants are informed about relevant basic knowledge as well as latest technical innovations and leave the workshops completely up-to-date. The propositions are adapted to various requirements and open for all who want to use them for their own success.

With the innovation days transfluid is committed to a cross-sector transfer of experience. Participants mutually discuss with invited experts and embark on a search for new possibilities. "Only by this we can learn what moves others", explains Gerd Nöker. Each innovation day offers another core topic and as precious knowledge platform gives fresh impetus for pioneering ideas within the tube processing sector. At that, the encouragement of an open dialog sustainably assures progress for all.

transfluid® is looking forward to sharing ideas and experiences at the EMO Hannover: hall 14, stand B 45.
