"We are so pleased to be shortlisted for such a prestigious industry award. By taking on the wear and tear and damage inevitably caused by building occupants, and repairing and maintaining all aspects of buildings, our teams work to avoid the need to replace damaged items, thereby reducing the huge volume of material sent to landfill every week."
He went on to say:
"Sustainability is top of the FM agenda at present. Our VisibilITy online reporting system provides comprehensive data, including detailed statistics on landfill savings, cost per repair and property and site specific information for our FM clients. We designed the system to give our customers the fine detail on all their building repair projects - It's ideal for them to manage their waste programmes."
The 'Innovation in Product' Award recognises the product that has had the most positive impact on improving the management of facilities. The winners of the 2011 BIFM Awards will be announced at the awards evening on 10th October at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
The ceremony will bring together the industry's who's who to celebrate excellence in the FM sector.
