Incentive FM and EMAP have scooped the Partners in FM - SME Organisations category at this year's PFM Awards. The companies were presented with the award at a prestigious ceremony held at the Brewery in London.

The awards event was hosted by TV sports presenter, Chris Hollins and attended by 550 senior professionals from the facilities management sector to celebrate best practice and innovation within the industry. Now in their 18th year, the PFM Awards have become a sought after accolade that recognise those companies working in partnership to deliver high quality facilities and support services across a broad spectrum of organisations in the private and public sectors.

Speaking about the Incentive FM and EMAP partnership the judges commented:

"An extraordinary partnership that works together to get it right. It was an impressive submission and there are clear and positive signs of a good working relationship that have developed over the years with good personal interaction between both parties. This partnership is an exemplar for effective and efficient relationships that drive down costs and increase value to both parties."

Jeremy Waud, Managing Director of Incentive FM said:

"This is a wonderful achievement for everyone involved in the partnership. It recognises the strong and mutually beneficial relationship that has been developed based on high levels of responsibility, accountability, flexibility and creative energy."
