A new video has been produced highlighting how the Property Care Association (PCA) works hard to support its members - offering benefits that meet their needs and offer value for money.

The Property Care Association is the trade body for specialists in damp control, timber infestation, flood recovery, basement waterproofing, structural repair and condensation. Members bearing the distinctive PCA logo benefit from a range of services and initiatives that reward their approach to quality and competency.
Steve Hodgson, general manager of the PCA, said: "Even in the recession, we've continued to grow the number of our members, as they recognise the many benefits of being involved in a trade body that actively supports their business and works hard for them."
The video highlights the benefits membership brings including surveyor competence certificates, links to the Government-back initiative TrustMark, Guarantee Protection Insurance - an FSA-backed insurance policy offering peace of mind for clients and discounts for PCA members - and marketing support.
Technical Information, including support with CHAS assessments and registration, and access to the PCA's Technical Panel, details of newsletters, free regional meetings, exhibitions, awards, member-rate discounted training and examinations are also featured.
