Flood restoration professionals can achieve greater efficiencies on site with the latest technology-led monitoring systems from Restoration Express.
Restoration Express is offering the state-of-the-art HygroNet system, which utilises wireless technology to monitor measurements including ambient temperature and humidity in flood damaged properties.
The system centres around a battery operated, remote data logger, which is deployed to an affected property.
This logger uses a wall probe and sensors to retrieve all industry standard measurements, such as ERH, in-wall temperature, ambient temperature/humidity, WME and specific humidity.
The data recorded is then transferred to authorised persons through the mobile phone network, to their computer desktop, or a Smart phone.
David Martin of Restoration Express, said: "Installing Hygronet on a restoration project means the number of meter reading visits required to a flood damaged property are cut, delivering maximum efficiencies for flood restoration contractors.
"By accessing consistent readings throughout the duration of the drying process, the drying programme can also be fine tuned for maximum efficiency.
"HygroNet can also identify any glitches in activity on site, by flagging up inconsistent readings.
"This can alert the flood restoration professional to any issues, such as a power cut or loss of drying machinery efficiency on site within a short time, to get the drying regime back up to speed again."
