Homecare Independent living has joined forces with the Housing Executive to provide a confidential, one-to-one, Housing Support Service to families and over 25's within the Southern Area.

This service is aimed at people who need assistance with housing related issues to help them achieve and sustain a tenancy. A designated project worker, who has experience working within the community, will be on hand to offer one-to-one support and advice on a range of issues such as employment and training advice, help in overcoming addictions, managing money, managing your home, developing life skills, healthy eating plans, emotional support and much more.
Homecare have a professional, multi-disciplinary team who will offer support via regular home visits, assistance to reach your goals, help in times of need and most importantly they will offer a friendly, confidential ear to listen.
Together, Homecare Independent Living and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive hope to promote independent living through the provision of this new support service.
This service in the Southern Area covers Armagh, Banbridge, Dungannon, Craigavon, Lurgan, Newry and surrounding areas.
