netXtra have again consolidated their position as specialists in the development of highly effective content manageable membership websites, with the launch of a new site for Advice UK, a charity supporting community organisations that give free advice to members of the public.
As well as offering a fresh new look, the new website - www.adviceuk.org.uk - offers a much greater level of accessibility. For example, visitors can now change the background of every page from the standard page colour format, to either 'high visibility' or 'inverted colours', making pages easier to read for visitors with specific visual impairments. Users can also change the site to a lower graphic level, making every page much quicker to load. This is useful feature for certain Advice UK members; some of whom don't yet have broadband access to the Internet.
Advice UK's Head of Membership and Marketing said, "As an umbrella membership organisation for hundreds of charitable community projects across the UK, we needed a website that was not only engaging and attractive, but fully accessible too. Our new website by netXtra is all this and more, with members already telling us how much better it is and how they find it much easier to use and navigate."
