SATO International Europe, a leader in bar-coding, labelling, RFID and AIDC solutions, is launching a new Prestige Service Programme to ensure a common service offering is provided throughout the region.

The Prestige Service Program will provide a uniform service offering across Europe to end-users regardless of customer size.
It will also assist Business Partners who do not have their own service offering, providing an additional source of revenue generation, and helping to strengthen their customer relationships. This will be achieved by the introduction of a comprehensive range of services which include: installation and training, on-site and return-to-base service contracts, common spare parts pricing, telephone and helpdesk support, and also customising service packages to meet specific customer requirements.
Commenting on the launch of the Prestige Service Programme, SATO International Europe's Managing Director, Brian Lang said: "I'm delighted to announce the launch of SATO's Prestige Service Program in Europe which has been created to provide best in class consistent support to our end-users along with offering a vehicle for our Business Partners to generate additional revenues.
