The latest edition to Satake's long list of products is the new Multi Standard Flour Tristimulous colour grader, which has been made possible by the collaboration with Konica Minolta Sensing.

Satake and Konica Minolta Sensing have worked concertedly in supporting customers and the relevant industrial research organisation in order to facilitate the introduction of a laboratory method for Tristimulus flour colour measurement into the UK cereals market.
Martin Clare, Instrumentation Specialist at Satake Europe Limited said,

"The system offers a quick and accurate way of determining the Tristimulus flour colour using a dry sample whilst uniquely offering legacy wet sample measurement to the previous colour standard".
