ADAM is easily integrated into automated systems, and offers more of the information manufacturers need for process development, production monitoring, and data to support ISO, GMP, TQM and regulatory requirements for traceability to NIST standards.
The Advanced Data Analysis Monitoring tool measures current, voltage, force and displacement. It has an easy to set up interface with a large monitor and high resolution sensors. ADAM shows production run screens, histogram and process results, allowing users to collect valuable data historically and monitor production continuously, including parameter recommendations for future settings.
Representing the very latest technology in resistance weld monitoring, ADAM is fully integrated with a modern PC infrastructure, facilitating the importing and exporting of data. Sophisticated SPC capabilities, such as the integrated database and Minitab 15® statistical software, support the ever-increasing emphasis on process accountability.
