Tag pac, the packaging graphics production agency, is the first in the world to be recognised by the Pharmaceutical Quality Group (PQG) as having achieved PS9000:2001, certified as part of its ISO9001:2008 accreditation.
The PQG recognised Tag pac's achievement of PS9000:2001 for their centralised packaging artwork and pre press production following a stringent audit by British Standards Institute (BSI).
Tag pac director Jonathan Milner said; "This is a fantastic accolade for the Tag Pac team who have worked very hard to reach a standard not achieved elsewhere within our industry sector.

The Pharmaceutical Quality Group (PQG) is part of the Institute of Quality Assurance (IQA) and developed PS9000:2001 with the aim of providing a widely accepted framework of best practice within the pharmaceutical supply industry. Tag pac are also instrumental members of the team responsible fro writing the updates to the standard which will be published as PS900:2010.
Tag pac apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) across their entire operation, and is the only production agency to provide clients with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) validatable online 3D production and approval workflows.
