Shropshire-based Mr Machinery has officially appointed a new Territory Manager in Finland to help cater for a growing demand for high-quality used plant and machinery across Scandinavia. The move adds to the online auction expert's existing presence in the UK, the Republic of Ireland, and Belgium, with further expansion on the cards for later in the year.

Mark Bacon, Managing Director for Mr Machinery, explained: "As well as our new Territory Manager in Finland, which will help us source high-quality used plant, equipment and vehicles from across Scandinavia, we are also in the final stages of setting up a base in Dubai, which will cater for the increased demand for used equipment in the Gulf States.

"And with some of our recent fortnightly online auctions attracting bidders and sellers from Nigeria, Australia, South America and the USA, amongst others, it's clear to see that the used plant and equipment market is now a truly global industry."

Mr Machinery is a dedicated online auction portal offering a unique platform for the sale and purchase of used plant machinery, heavy equipment and vehicles. Founded in 2007, the organisation has a global audience across more than 170 countries worldwide and currently attracts an average of 25,000 unique users to its site every year. With extensive experience within the heavy equipment and logistics industries, the team provides both buyers and sellers a professional, personal and reliable service.
