Chloe Frampton joins the team as installations advisor and David Sanders joins as field sales representative. In addition, Paul Davies who started his career with RAM as part of the telesales team has been promoted and will join David in field sales.

The new appointments come following a number of recent successes for the award-winning company including an increase in sales of between 50 - 60 new customers a month.

RAM's Managing Director Chris McClellan explains: "We're delighted to welcome Chloe, David and Paul into their new roles during this exciting time for the company. As sales continue to increase, we plan to further expand the team particularly within the sales and telemarketing departments."

The company has seen sales grow dramatically recently and attribute this to their innovative vehicle tracking technology which provides a more complete solution than others on the market and its commitment to exceeding customers' expectations.

"We know that our two most important assets are our staff and our customers," concludes Chris McClellan. "Our rigorous employee training programme and dedication to customer care have helped us to take the company to new levels and we estimate that our 2011 turnover will be 30% up on 2011."

Established in 2005, RAM's customer base spans the construction, haulage and distribution sectors to service engineers and sales reps. Clients include construction companies Taylor Woodrow and AMCO, fashion designer Vivienne Westwood, car dealers Lookers Plc and waste management company Viridor.

Organisations looking to manage their fleet vehicles as effectively as possible, are increasingly choosing tracking systems with additional functionality such as RAM's which not only reduces fuel costs but also helps improve productivity, maximises response times and helps companies meet their environmental obligations.
